Founders Associate

We are looking for a Founders Associate for our founders at Firm Learning. In this role, you will work directly with the founders, supporting them on strategic and operational matters related to growth, business development, and internal projects.

Responsibilities:

• Directly support founders with operational and strategic tasks in daily business operations

• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and business opportunities

• Prepare, accompany, and follow up on meetings, presentations, and projects

• Coordinate internal projects (e.g. process optimization, new tools, reporting)

• Take on special projects in close coordination with the founders

• Represent Firm Learning at selected events and external meetings

Salary: 5,500 euros per month (gross)

Job Requirements:

• Excellent academic performance in a completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in the fields of Business, Psychology, Engineering, or Natural Sciences

• Quick comprehension and ability to familiarize oneself with new topics and areas of responsibility

• High level of initiative, reliability, and structured way of working

• Strong communication skills and a precise, analytical thinking style

• Resilience and the ability to set priorities even under time pressure

• Very good written expression in German as well as flawless spelling

• Very good English language skills in speaking and writing

• Previous knowledge or interest in Consulting, Finance & Management topics is advantageous but not mandatory
